When people ask me how I got into doing makeup, I immediately smile because I think back to when I was young and witnessed my mother putting on her makeup in the mirror. I was fascinated by all of the eye shadow colors in her palette and I would love to watch her put on her red lipstick. It made her look so pretty.
Fast forward to now... I have been doing makeup for over ten years, getting my start as many others do - working at a makeup counter. That experience taught me so many things, not only about makeup, but about myself. I eventually left and attended Joe Blasco Makeup Artist Training Center. Since then, I have been working in bridal, editorials, pin-up, boudoir, special events, headshots, photo shoots, makeup lessons, & just about anything else that you would need makeup for.
I really love what I do! I love the face and its' features. I'm obsessed. When I first meet someone, I just think about what I can do to really bring out their best features. Nothing is more rewarding to me than revealing to someone the beauty that I see in their face.
